Your planning fee covers one overall trip proposal, with up to 3 revisions.

Fees start at $350 for full trip planning, which includes one overall trip proposal of no more than 7 days with up to 3 revisions. $50 per additional day.

Proposals for different destinations, or revisions exceeding the three included will be charged an additional fee of $100 per proposal.

Last minute bookings will be subject to additional fees of $50 for trip requests within 30 days of travel.

$100 for one hour of consultation and up to 2 hours of research.

Our highest level of service. With the concierge package, the sky is the limit. We provide a full, custom itinerary for your trip, including booking, reservations, and full access to the Epic Travel Team for the duration of your travel.

• Full concierge service throughout your trip, 24/hours a day by phone or via the Trip Plans app.

Rates begin at 10% of the total trip cost.

$0 when traveler specifies the ship and sail date for up to two cruises.

$350 per trip if your request requires our research (including up to 5 cruises with a maximum length of 14 days).

$100 of this fee will be credited back to you in the form of onboard credits.

Additional fees are required for voyages longer than 15 days as well as back-to-back voyages (please inquire if applicable).

Urgent or time-intensive requests requiring sourcing options from an extended list of vetted options will be charged $75 per hour.
